In-person and virtual volunteers are needed for the 4S Toronto meeting. Volunteering provides you with free registration. The commitment is 5 hours total. Tasks such as attending the volunteer desk and assisting participants, attending sessions to facilitate tech support—like assisting in roaming mics, handing out name badges—are required. Virtual volunteers may help with Zoom room moderation, tech support and so on. Graduate students will be prioritised for volunteer positions. 

Please use the following form to apply to volunteer at 4S Toronto. 4S needs volunteers from the 7th to the 10th of October 2026. Application to volunteer closes 1st September 2026. Volunteering announcements will follow from that date.
