Final Program

The Final Program for 4S 2026 in Toronto is now available. It contains information about more 570 pages of content scheduled across four full days, Roundtables, Meetups, and the 50th anniversary exhibits, as well as information about the times of the Keynote and Plenary sessions.

The online version of the program reflects the most up-to-date changes to the program, but is behind a password only available to registered participants and attendees. If you are registered, you will find the password on your conference profile home page with a link to the online program.

In-person check-in at the Registration Desk is on Lower Concourse in the Sheraton Centre Hotel in the Vide space in Toronto. You will find the tables to register and collect your name badge and tickets. We will be selling banquet tickets until they sell out on the registration desk. Check-in hours are:

Tuesday 16:00 - 18:30
Wednesday 8:00 - 18:00
Thursday 8:00 - 18:00
Friday 8:00 - 18:00
Saturday 8:00 - 15:30
